Acceleration sensor - -2 g ... +2 g | F99 series

The Pepperl+Fusch F99 series acceleration sensor can monitor live turbines vibration or acceleration made by equipment wind load. This acceleration sensor is capable of detecting any possible wear as well as critical operation status in the wind turbines allowing preventive measures from damage in its large scale systems. Furthermore, this sensor's framework is made up of a robust housing that can withstand environmental hazards and a non-contact measuring principle to avoid any crucial situations.

Inertial navigation system - 6DF Series

Manufactured by Honeywell, the 6-D Motion Variant 6DF has been designed to deliver positioning, motion, as well as navigational detecting operations. Inertial measurement unit sensors are created to provide position, motion and navigational sensing for a single durable device. This is achieved by using microelectromechanical system (MEMS) technology to sense translation motions, such as heave, surge and sway, and even rotational movement (pitch, roll, and yaw) in three perpendicular axes. These axes work independently of each other, resulting in a motion with six degrees of freedom. In addition, the 6DF Series IMU also calculates the movement of the equipment that it is integrated to, and delivers the data to the equipment control modules, resulting in smooth and accurate overall operations.

Process monitoring vibration sensor - ACE series

The new ACE vibration sensors process better security without any extravagant repair, downtimes and straight implanting into the regulators.
These novel ACE vibration sensors are particularly intended for process examining in the area of managing and computerization know-how.

Break downs are sensed early and fix and downtimes can therefore be shunned. The detectors are loose-fitting and linked to the appliance (linear glide, rotating activator, or holder) along with sense vibrations and forces that endearingly arise during the job process.

If those forces boost in excess of the pre-attuned detector values, the detector gives an indicator and the manufacture process can be disrupted with the condition observing system. The novel ACE detectors are obtainable in Positive-Negative-Positive, Negative-Positive-Negative and analogue editions.
