A general purpose clutch suitable for most general light to medium duty applications.

Features:

Extended spigot at one side to allow direct mounting of chain pinions gears, index arms etc - design flexibility
Sleeve bearing inside the extended spigot - greater strength
Dimensionally identical to other manufacturers - interchangeability
SB3 clutches are supplied greased and sealed for life - no maintenance is required
SB5 to SB16 clutches can supplied suitable for oil or grease lubrication or without seals for use in oil bath applications
All SB Series clutches are optionally left or right hand

Function and application
ZAA/ZBA electromagnetic toothed clutches transmit the torque form-fit. They are engaged at standstill. They can transmit the maximum torque over the smallest possible outer diameter from a large shaft diameter.Application fields are all machinery.
The EZ Series are ideal for gears, machine tools, and special machinery.
The Z Series are ideal for heavy machinery and rolling mills.

Function and application
Mechanically actuated multi disc synchronisations for use in multi speed industrial gears.
The combination of friction engagement for the synchronisation phase and positive locking for the actual power transmission results in a smaller mounting space than for purely frictionally engaged clutches.
The availability of synchronisation units with a max transmittable rated torque of 27,000 Nm means that modern, energy efficient double clutch gears can now be realised on the industrial sectors as well.

Combination of a highly flexible rubber element, subjected only to compressive stress, and several centrifugal weights with friction lining connected by tension springs. Thermally resistant design with precisely determinable engaging speed. Allows complete seperation of frictional connection as well as soft engaging and slip-free power transmission when reaching engagement speed. Extremely compact dimensions, additionally protects against overload.
Available in numerous standard and special designs. With flywheel connections acc. to SAE. Also available for non-standard flywheels.
