DBM and DBF rod ends are ideal for applications that are based on high precision/mechanical motion transfer. The series is provided with a four piece bronze race design with a size of metric thread. In order to deliver extremely low function, performance, long life, reduces maintenance cost and optimum performance at high temperature it is featured with oil impregnated bronze raceway.

For increased wear performance and precision fit, the ball material is manufactured of high quality steel that is finish ground and are strengthened. For extended corrosion and resistance, the materials of the body are produced from low carbon steel that is cost effective. For giving pleasing metal finishing, it is treated with chromate that is ideal for exposed surfaces. It is used in a variety of temperate ranges. It is also available in studded and right or left threaded versions. One can optionally find grease fittings based on their requirements.

This item comes with various uses, including heavy-duty mechanical motion transfer and industrial applications. The EM/EF series of products also offer an ergonomic design, while the body of the materials is produced from low carbon steel, being zinc-plated at the same time, as well as treated for greater resistance to corrosion.

The case hardened ball supports extend wear while the metal rod can be operated with various temperatures. There are various versions available, including left- and right-handed thread versions. Optionally, the manufacturer can provide users with grease fittings.

Cablecraft MJ-M and FJ-M rod ends are ideal for a variety of light and heavy/medium industrial/mechanical applications involving motion transfer that require metric thread sizing. The rod ends have
a reinforced nylon raceway made by injection molding. It is ideal for applications demanding high resistance to wear, low absorption of moisture, low friction and broad ranges of operating temperatures.

The self-lubricating devices are easy to maintain. These are resistant to moisture, which makes them even more versatile. The ends use economical low carbon steel for manufacturing the ball and body materials. The ball has nickel plating making it resistant to corrosion and is also case hardened resulting in improved wear resistance. The body provides excellent resistance to corrosion due to the yellow dichromate treatment.

Also available are studded, left hand and studded, right hand threads.
