Ball joint

Line 8 profiles can be interconnected at any chosen point by Ball Joint 8. It can either be screwed into the profile groove or into the end face of the profile. Ball joints can be used to connect and stabilize diagonals or for lightweight adjustment devices. In order to facilitate rapid manual adjustments, Ball joint 8 is also available with a clamp lever.

When using Ball joint 8, it is necessary to select two ball ends which are suitable for the profile. When connecting to profiles 8 with right-angled cross-sections, ball end 40x40 can be used. When connecting to Profiles 8 D40 with a round cross-section, ball end D40 can be used.

The central securing screw M8 has a maximum tightening torque of 25 Nm, The permissible loading moments for Ball Joint 8 are 2 Nm (deflection MB) and 3 Nm (torsion T).
