The FBA-275 CNC and FBA-325 CNC are gantry type milling-engraving machine. The machine is specifically used to roughing and finish-machining heavy bodies, cast iron or cast steel castings. The design of the machine provides a practical solution. It also gives a portal equipped with a travelling headstock of high power drive.
The portal milling machine gives number of jobs like longitudinal, transversal milling, holes drilling, reaming, and boring. A special device is used when the angle milling heads are used. The scope of machining is developed giving longitudinal milling of bodies, internal surface machining, etc.
The machine consist of an automatic two-step gear box. The spindle indexing can acquire 4 positions. The guideways, bearings and gear wheels are lubricated automatically. The milling heads can be replaced automatically.
