Following the success of our model P25S, we have introduced our new line of Topas series milling and engraving machines. We have incorporated modifications based on customer requirements and further improved the functioning to provide the highest precision and accuracy possible.

Topas line of machines includes S3, S4, and S5, representing 3, 4, and 5-axis control. S4 enables economical production of very long rollers. The extended line also includes SL3 and SL4, 3 and 4 axis-machines with linear drives, respectively. SL3 and SL4 provide outstanding alignment and precision with their Diadur glass scales and andronic KM3060 control.

We are also equipped to provide customized solution to fit your specific requirements.

The LGT-S II is a special high-precision milling machine for the engraving of 2D- and 3D-data on tire sidewall molds in nearly every size. The machine body is a heavy duty, torsions free, tubular steel construction filled with a vibration reducing compound- for an extremely high stability. The machine enclosure with the collecting tray allows the wet processing of the molds. Sidewall molds for car tires and truck tires can be produced with best quality. The X- and Z-axis are located on the crosswise frame, the C-axis turns the rotation symmetrical work piece, the B-axis needs to be selected (depends on milling spindle). The LGT-S II wins with its modern, functional design and integrated control cabinet.
