The MECAFORM vacuum forming equipments/ovens are semi-automatic presses utilized for high rate industrial vacuum forming. They can make complex parts needing exceptionally deep vacuum forming in applications such as vacuum formed parts and molds made on 5 axes equipment.
Vacuum-forming equipment using vacuum or plastic thermoplastic material has a compact structure and a welded steel frame. It features a double superior and inferior heating plate with infrared radiating elements type HTS or FSR. To enable larger and easier removal from the mold it has a parallel blank holder. It benefits from having an integrated vacuum tank with lubricated vacuum vane pump, a vacuum box with negative or positive function box, and an option counterpunch for difficult molding.
Microprocessors provide numerical driving with interface man/machine on an industrial PC with a 15" color screen, except the MT55. Heating and cooling temperatures are monitored by infrared pyrometer, as well as adjustment of the power for individual radiating elements via the microprocessor.
