This range of polishers are highly flexible and can be widely used in various tasks such as cleaning, washing, coating and waxing of different types of floors.
Additionally, you can access this machine in five versions that can be attached with colored pads and brushes to deal with harsh surfaces and loaded applications. It is well-suited for all sorts of cleaning and servicing operations with a planetary transmission that ensures strong and noise-free operation in any type of surroundings.
Each version has a specified handgrip provision in shock and torsion resistant and non-distortive material.

The Polymer Applicator (APP) is a cost efficient and environmentally sustainable method for protecting polished surfaces of slabs when they are stacked in “packs” and when being handled and moved.
Breton APP is a specific system mounted just before the automatic slab discharge unit at the end of the polishing line. It is designed to apply dots or lines of a thermoplastic polymer.
The number, the interval between dots/lines and form can be programmed to specific requirements. This polymer has been developed and formulated to protect the polished surface of slabs when they are stacked in “packs” in the warehouse and when being handled.

The Lapmaster Model 72 is equipped with a 1829mm diameter optical pitch annular lap and four workstations that can be reciprocated. The pitch lap is manufactured and cast by Lapmaster International to suit the requirements of the customer. This is specified by measuring the pitch hardness using the Twyman penetration test. Various groove patterns can be cut, most commonly concentric grooves. The depth of pitch is approximately 50mm. Externally it is retained by an aluminium band, internally a stack of removable rings is used. A full pitch lap recasting service is offered by Lapmaster International. Pitch Plate Conditioning A glass disc faced conditioning weight is fitted to the fourth work station situated at the rear of the machine. The precise lateral position of this weight relative to the lap plate track can be controlled. This is positively driven to ensure continuous rotation of the weight and drive is applied to one of the yoke roller bar bearing assemblies.

O The machine has a 48 inch (1219mm) optical pitch annular lap, and three work stations that can be reciprocated. O As with other machines in the series, unlike conventional so called "worm and wheel" polishers, the pitch lap spindle is not mounted on a mechanical reduction gearbox. The unique air bearing feature has the pitch lap and Its support plate riding on a very thin cushion of com pressed air. This gap is only a few thousandths of an inch wide.

The small 2000 series machines are designed to Lap and Polish components on a 5 carrier format (40mm max component size). The components are placed in an offset position in the carrier to ensure full coverage of the lapping plate. The machine structure comprises a rigid welded steel frame which carries the main drive components and the drive motors.
The machine has 2 drive systems, each independently controlled. Outer gear drive - .95A DC drive motor, Speed 0-130rpm. Inner gear drive - .95A DC drive motor, Speed 0-130rpm. Each Drive System is mounted in fully sealed ball race bearings to allow the smooth running of the lap plates. The motor drives are controlled by inserters and the machine runs off a 240V supply
