This Emmegi's Trimmer 2A is made for the PVC frames with two interpolated axes, to clean its corner.
This corner cleaning machine has a knife which has 275 mm diameter, that lets the cleaning of the outer corner be done on different profiles. It also consist of top and bottom units along with its knife that is made for the welding beads together with the knives that are for the inner-corner cleaning.
However, the cleaning of the inside and outside corners can be done in association of the drilling units whether its top or bottom. Those units can be operated from each other through a CNC PC.

Trimmer 4A is a CNC corner cleaning machine that can be easily configured (through the use of a CNC PC) for work with all kinds of standard acrylic or coated profiles. It is equipped with a piece-size checking function and a 250 mm knife for the cleaning of outer profile corners, as well as top and bottom mounted knives capable of performing the welding bead and inner corner cleaning functions. When used with gasket grooves the task is accomplished using top and bottom mounted drilling/milling units. This model allows separate programming of each individual machining unit and is available in three versions: manual, semi-automatic (with a round table) and fully automated version (with a round table and additional table extraction).

The Trimmer E is a CNC corner cleaning machine manufactured by Emmegi. It was designed specifically for the use in PVC frames with three interpolated axes and automatic cycle. It consists of a 300 mm diameter knife that cleans the external corner, top and bottom units with knives that clean the welding beads and the internal corners, and top and bottom drilling/milling units that cleans the gasket grooves. Through an integrated CNC PC, the machining units can be autonomously programmed.
