EGE metal detectors System 3000 are dependable, rugged and are engineered to withstand external applications in aggressive weather conditions. It is structured to identify moderate-sized and larger pieces with a functional sensitivity adjustment. Along with the amplifier MU 3300, it reacts to moderate-sized pieces like nails, nuts or fragments of flatware on being set to the maximum sensitivity adjustment. It also reacts to the bigger metal pieces like the teeth of an excavator shovel, machine, device pieces or paneling that can harm the stone-crushing equipment, vibrator or wood-chipping equipment.
This method of usage allows the metal detector to safeguard the equipment by resisting the bigger pieces from interfering the operation of the equipment. It identifies metal while mass component conveyance using contactless measurements.
