This metal detector is engineered to provide excellent levels of detection with its high sensitivity to every metal. The METTLER TOLEDO SAFELINE comes with Signature, Profile, and Profile Select platforms which can be incorporated with conveyor and material handling solutions to deliver full automated inspection. The R Series can be used in different conveyor applications like processed or packed products, loose raw materials, and many others. The Ferrous in Foil detectors can be used for foil wrapped products to find ferrous contamination. The RB series detectors are suitable for detecting large products and packs like sacks, boxes or bags as well.

METTLER TOLEDO SAFELINE gravity fall metal detection systems are useful in in bulk, free falling powder and granular products. The systems can handle a range of products such as fine particles and dusty powders to products with bigger or uneven particles.
The systems have been developed to provide industry-leading detection of all metal contaminants. A variety of diverter reject devices can be included for removal of metal contaminators from the product flow.
The systems are easy to operate. For Signature electronics-based systems, the systems can be operated using an an intuitive, membrane style key panel. In case of Profile electronics based systems, the operation is done through a full colour touch screen interface.
