Sinergo has developed an SI fast robot for e.m. induction soldering in the automotive industry. The handling on four Sinergo axes X Y Z R and speeds up to 400mm/sec will increase the productivity. The motion control CN with the optical fiber enables accurate control of the work position. The management at multiple access levels is protected by passwords. There is a possibility to create and recall the working programs. The heating is by a Sinergo induction unit. The heating power is controlled in a very accurate manner. Integration with infrared pyrometer Sinergo Irop is possible. A unit will precisely controls the quantity and speed of the tin wire. The structure complies with the standards that are set by EPA (ESP).

High productivity, able to handle on 4 Sinergo Axes, X,Y,Z,R speeds extend up to 400 mm/sec interpolated and accurate control for work positions because of the motion control CN and optical fiber, there is no homing procedure for axes.
The module supports different models of management and also management at multiple access levels with complete protection by passwords.
The possibility exists to create and recall working programs. There is a complete integration of the laser unit and accurate control for the work position. The possibility also exists to integrate infrared pyrometer Sinergo IROP. The possibility also exists to have a automatic working line version and manual loading trays.
