This streamlined master arc welding robot is both rapid and powerful. It has a fast six-axis MA1400 arc that helps maximize productivity and allows it to have an excellent welding performance. Welding cycle time is reduced thanks to the incredibly modern Sigma-5 AC servo motor control technology and new ARM (Advanced Robot Motion) control which are included in this particular device.
The device has a 3kg (6.6lb) payload and a 1,434mm (56.5") reach. It has a repeatability of about 0.08mm (0.003"). No cable interference occurs due to the integrated through-the-arm torch cabling. This feature additionally minimizes cable wear and simplifies programming.
The floor-mounted variety comes standard but ceiling and wall mountable varieties are available as well.
