The W808 from WITTMAN Group Worldwide is made to be used for faster molding cycles that are for machines and has higher dynamic servo drives for the 3 axes. It is capable of handling up to 3 kg maximum payloads. It is specifically engineered for injection molding machines that handles up to 150 t clamping force.
It comes with an integrated control, a smaller overall footprint, and a longer Z-stroke of up to 2,000 mm. It is also equipped with an innovative kick-stroke design that reaches up to 600mm. it is available in a variety of lengths and vertical strokes.

The robots in this product series are high-performance devices that feature servo motor drives, as well as other advanced functions, for all three main axes. Flexibility is added by optional rotational axes, while the operation is extremely smooth and guarantees low noise levels.

The minimum part removal times ensure automation and cell productivity in applications such as the production of thin wall components, while the vertical arms of the robot are lightweight and stiff at the same time, being made of aluminum and driven by a servo motor, reducing the moving mass significantly. The optional double-arm features an additional servo driven vertical arm.
