The ICSA2 and ICSPA2 series are composed of 2 axis cartesian machine robots developed by IAI Industrieroboter GmbH. They have a maximum stroke in the X axis of 2.500 mm, while they have a maximum stroke in the Y axis of 1.200 mm. On the other hand, the maximum pay load of the Y axis is 40 kg. These robots are equipped with a self standing hose or cable track assembly as well as a brake and limit switch to cater all linear actuators. For their design, they are constructed compactly, with stability and light weight. A broad range of selection of unit configurations are being offered to cater applications in accordance with the customer's specific requirements.

The entire lineup of cartesian ICS(P)A3 systems feature a compact footprint, are lightweight and extremely stable platforms. Adding to this, a broad range of unit arrangements can be had to match each user's specific needs, and each system arrives with all the cabling and brackets and is ready to be installed into an existing production setting. This permits the users to boost productivity instantly. The 4-Axis(XYZRotary) systems can also be ordered.

The Maximum stroke x-/y-axis: 2.500 mm / 1.200 mm (Gantry Type) Maximum stroke z-Axis: 600 mm Maximum Payload z-/y-axis: 19 kg / 19 kg complete with an an independent supporting hose or cable track configuration limit switch and brake are available for all linear actuators. Additionally, the exclusive X, Y and Z axes are utilized for combination. Inquire about clean room or dust prevention systems as well as several other combinations apart from the IS(P)A Series actuators (NS, LSA).

Cartesian Robots of nut rotation and linear motor actuator is capable of producing long strokes and of transferring at high speed and double-slider. Its nut rotation cartesian robot made from the combined actuator units of nut rotation type, which offers quality transfer capability.
