The SGS100 is a strand palletizer made for the extreme operating conditions in 3-shift operations. It has a proper robust construction. The unit features a positive strand feed to pelletizer, an optimum strand control because of the partial strand wrap around the lower feed roll. The palletizers vary in power including 1.1 W, 1.5 W and 1.5 W. They have a rotor, upper and lower feed roll. The units also feature a rotor and bed knife of models SGS 100-E and SGS 200-E are interchangeable over the entire pelletizer range.
