Reduction Engineering Scheer's 300 Series are Plastic Pelletizers and Strand Pelletizer. These tools are heavy-duty units specifically engineered to stand up under hazardous production conditions. The series offers a versatile application, optimum strand control and a dual drive option. These pelletizers are designed with stainless steel contact areas, and a noise-reduced cutting chamber.These devices come in two model types, such as 304 plastic pelletizer and the 306 pelletizer. The 304 plastic pelletizer offers the precision and ergonomic needs for laboratory use, or for short-run experimental lines. The 306 pelletizer offers a larger feed opening, allowing increased output. In addition, both models are equipped with an integrated 700 RPM of standard rotor speed, and 20- or 36-tooth of stellite tipped rotor.
