The KAHL pan grinder mill helps in the green way of crushing wood shavings, saw dust, chips of wood and lumpy biomass. Some features of this mill are its low power consuming capability and its silent operation. It also doesn't face any ATEX issues. The machine can operate on a few hundred kilograms to even 20 tonnes in an hour according to the design and is quite compact. Dry and wet material can be processed efficiently. They can defibre wet wooden chips of qualities G30 and G50 and post process no fine grinding using traditional hammer mills is required.

The New Cosmomizer is an impact mill. It produces fine powder with uniform particle size. This is possible due to a special feature of this mill: In a first step the raw material is crushed. Through a built-in classifier fine- and coarse powder are separated in a second step. The fine powder is discharged as final product and the coarse powder is carried back to the crush chamber.
