The microliter pump for conveying gases and liquids combines the peristaltic principle with a modular construction of diaphragm pumps to achieve a cost effective solution.
This ump allows bidirectional conveyance of the materials has an integrated flow stop and has the exchangeable fluidic part.
The maximum and minimum volumetric flow ratios are dependent on the size and type of the hose used. The same principles stand for the achievable intake pressure, material resistance, long term behavior of the pump and maximum pumping pressure.
The principle applied on the prototype can be adapted for any individual customer if the application, design and possibilities of installation are taken into consideration.
The possible applications of these pumps in medical technology include analysis automats, lab technology, lab on chip technology and diagnostics.

Abaque Peristaltic Hose Pumps are specifically designed to be used in abrasive products that contain suspended particles. This hose pump is capable of generating a pressure capacity of up to 16 bar. Designed without a seal that prevents unwanted leakage and contamination. It is able to constantly operate in a dry mode and can endure heavy duty pumping requirements from harsh fluids to substances with high levels of viscosity. Able to operate in forward or reverse, this hose pump is fabricated from natural rubber, nitrile rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer.
