Peristaltic pump / heavy-duty - Envirotech® RP2

The Envirotech RP2 peristaltic hose pump has a fully reversible flow, is valveless and gland- free, provides accurate metering capability and has a dry running capability. It features high volumetric efficiency and has an exceptional self-priming ability. The rugged hose pump has a heavy duty construction with four choices of flange orientation. It is able to deal with highly viscous media and has an exceptional tolerance to corrosive and abrasive media.

The RP2 offers gentle, low shear, non-emulsifying pumping action and the pumped product is kept completely within the reinforced hose, with the secondary casing acting as a containment area for hazardous applications. Away from damage or obstruction of maintenance, the sensors and auxiliary fittings are mounted at the reverse of the pump. The RP2 has a short downtime and is easy to maintain. The only necessary spares are the hose and lubricant. It is used in numerous applications including belt press feed, thickener underflow, mineral processing, food pastes, chemical slurries and carbon in pulp or thickened sludge including scum and grease.

Peristaltic pump / metering - max. 16 bar | LPP-D

The Flowrox LPP-D dosing pumps have a high turndown ratio making them ideal for dosing and flow control. They provide accurate dosing in all process conditions as the pump discharge flow does not depend on the pipeline pressure.

Operators do not have to worry about overheating even with high continuous flow rates. The pump operation is trouble-free and consistent. 16 bar high pressure as well as acid proof pump heads are also available.

With Flowrox hose pumps customers achieve many process benefits such as:

Exact flow per revolution irrespective of the pipeline pressure
Dry run capability
Self-priming
No mixing or shearing of the medium
High pressure capability
Continous flow rate 24/7 without overheating

Peristaltic pump / metering - 8.6 bar, 126 l/h | LPP-M

Exactness of metering in any application is the most imperative property of a metering pump. Stream rate of LPP-M metering pump is not influenced by a variety of the release pressure condition. The positive uprooting of the tube held on for zero slip gives same yield volume on every cycle.

The packing purpose of the tube demonstrations as self-cleaning check valve without obstructing danger, giving clear stream way no plausibility for vapor lock. The Flowrox LPP-M pump has a security rating of NEMA 4x/IP66 and is furnished with an extraordinary Tube Failure Detection, which is intended to stop the pump if pump tube is cracked and chemical enters the pump head.

Standard specialized characteristics of the equipment include - Only the tube component is in contact with the medium Self-preparing, 90% of full vacuum Will never vapor bolt or lose prime, no stopping up, dry run proficience, exact stream for every upset independent of the pipeline pressure and minimal wearing parts.

Peristaltic pump / liquid / compact / OEM - TPT

Aalborgs TPT, TPU and TPV model peristaltic pumps are designed for safety and long tubing life. They are economical, easy to load, sturdy, and compact for a small footprint. Designed for use with liquids of widely diverse viscosities, they are suitable for laboratory, processing, and OEM applications, including fuel with the appropriate tubing.

Principle of Operation

Flexible tubing, which conveys fluid from source to destination, is squeezed inside the pump head by rotating rollersagainst a rigid, crescent-shaped Occlusion Wall. The rollers induce suction in a pulsing rhythm. TPT and TPU modelsoffer adjustable occlusion for increased pressure, or decreased pressure to extend tubing life.

TPU and TPV pumps are comprised of front panels with controls, pump heads, motors, rigid cases with rubber feet andhandles. The moveable handles are practical for carrying the pump, lifting and angling the pump face plate, and makingthe controls more user accessible.

TPT Mini Peristaltic Pumps

Economical Model TPT Mini Peristaltic Pumps are designed for liquids. Simple to load and operate, two plastic thumbscrewsallow easy Occlusion Wall adjustments, provide longer tubing life, and secure the safety shield. Two plasticslide on/off tube holders assure quick tubing replacements.

User-selectable flow rates from 1.90 mL/min. to 28 mL/min. are dependent on the tubing material and ID; 1/32" walltubing is required. TPT Pumps are CE compliant.
