DOSE IT is an intelligently designed peristaltic pump that aids in the reliable and precise dosing of solutions such as buffers, culture media, etc., in an array of applications. The machine has no tedious or complex programming needs. All functions, modes and properties are palpably easy to comprehend and follow. The machine is thus set up and ready to go within minutes.
The machine is conducive to integrating with varying tube sizes. It can work just as well with a 1 mm tube that is required for small dosing applications as it can with an 8 mm tubing for high capacity dispensing. It can thus be used to dispense a wide range of dose measures with outstanding exactitude. The machine is compactly built and light in weight, thereby granting excellent portability and versatility for use in a vast gamut of applications.
The highlight of the machine is that DOSE IT allows customizing operations according to repeatable dosing requirements. The desired parameters such as flow rate, flow volume, number of repetitions etc., can be pre-set in the machine along with speed of dosing to handle repetitive dosing needs optimally.
The flow rate can be set to ramp up or down to the target speed, avoiding for example foaming, splashing or unwanted turbulences during dispensing.
