The portable drum-transfer immersion pumps, manufactured by DEBEM, are intended to pump corrosive liquids. It's special shape guarantees that any spills are gathered in drum. The pumps are accessible with fully-interchangeable electric or pneumatic motor with an open impeller that permits continuous pumping of clean corrosive liquids.
Moreover, it has a viscosity up to 900 cps and has an adjustable flow rate for pneumatic motor. The device has no mechanical seals and it is easy to dismantle. The dip tube length is 900 mm or 1200 mm and a flow rate of up to 90 l/min.
Furthermore, the pumps consists of a dip tube at the end of which houses the open impeller that is secured to the driveshaft connected to the pump bey means of a ring nut.

This vacuum barrel follower plate is patented for use in A220/A280 systems (Scheugenpflug) for the purpose of feeding viscous dispensing media directly from a drum. Agitator Station for Self-Leveling Dispensing Media in Large Drums is an electrically controlled instigator station that is outfitted with a lifting screen and a filling level observer. It is best suited for mixing and warming fluid apportioning media. The Agitator station is ideal for simple yet solid filling of the Scheugenpflug A310 readiness and bolstering unit.
The blending and filling times are synchronized electronically by immediate information trade between the instigator station and the A310 framework without the need of administrator intercession. It features homogeneously mixed administering material at the right temperature, immediate programmed synchronization between instigator unit and the Scheugenpflug A310, and avoidance of untimely responses by a method for adsorption dehumidification.
For safe handling, it is provided with a two-hand control to lift or bring down the lifting screen barrels. It also has a programmable stop of the instigator engine when the lifting screen barrel is lifted. One can gain immediate control over A310.
