It comes in a basic drum package that consists of a pump, a bung adapter, an air safety shut-of, a siphon tube, a weather seal and a base. These are pre-specified components that adapts to materials of construction, guaranteeing total fluid compatibility. It has a sealed structure that uses bolted fasteners to prevent fluid leakage. Its main feature is its ''unbalanced'' air valve that prevents stalling during operation.
