This pump is designed for dispense. The use of the pump allows for flexible siting of dispense valves inside the machine, including up to approx. 0,4 metre (15,7 inch) above the water level in the boiler. Varying the voltage supplied to the pump will change ist speed and thus vary the flow rate output. The impeller is driven by a longer shaft which locates the motor 58 mm above minimum fill level of the boiler. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water.

521 close coupled pumps are suitable for light industrial applications. They have IP55 ingress protection. They provide robust, industrial pumping and include all pumphead features of cased drives at minimal lifecycle costs. The 520REL low-pressure LoadSure element pumphead provides greater large swept volume along with sprung rollers for improved accuracy. The track and rotor are of polyphenylene sulphide, which displays high chemical resistance. Rollers and bearings are made of stainless steel. It offers low rotational speeds, which significantly improve tube life and system dependability. Fast and simple tube loading is provided by the clutched rotor. It has a very strong guard, which is tool-unlockable.
521VI Varmeca close coupled drives provide 10:1 speed control, consistent torque and complete dependability to the industrial environment. Power options include 230V and 400V three-phase plus 110V and 230V single-phase. It can be controlled by a big speed knob and forward/reverse switching.

All models contain LoadSure tubing element pumpheads, and models feature variable flow rates and speeds, with flow rate maximum of 4.9 GPM and speeds up to 291 RPM, and can operate on maximum pressures of 4 bar. All pumps are made according to the IP55protection standard, meaning they have a robust, compact design and are very cost-effective without loss in productivity. With an ingress protection level of NEMA 4X IP66, the sturdy 720 Cased Pump Drives from Watson Marlow delivers industrial and washdown condition protection. These pump drives' main pumpheads sport flow levels of up to 2,000 l/hr at 30 psi pressure. Their extension pumpheads also provide flow levels of up to 2,000 l/hr, but only at 15 psi pressure. A frequency of 0.1-360 rpm and a speed precision to 0.1 rpm of 3,600:1 turndown also further increase productivity.

They can deliver flows up to 8.4 GPM (1,900 l/h) with maximum pressure of 2 bar (30 psi). They can operate on multiple speeds: 45 RPM, 134 RPM, 232 RPM and 348 RPM, but additional speeds can be requested and customized. They feature tubing in five bore sizes and six materials, chemical resistance, track that is easily unlockable through the use of general tools, and driven occlusion rollers, that guarantee durability. The 701FB/RE model additionally features LoadSure tubing elements with industrial cam-and-groove connectors or sanitary tri-clamp-style connectors.
