Tuthill W series pumps are ideal for water and waste water chemical metering. They can operate with alums, ferric chloride, sodium hypochlorite, polymers, methanol, hydrofluorosilicic acid, sulfuric acid, sodium bisulfate and sodium hydroxide.
It is an external gear metering pump with no vapor trapping design that utilizes no valves. It has a metering accuracy better than 1% and a flow that ranges from 1 liter per minute to 2460 liters per hour (650 gph). Its differential pressure goes up to 250 psi (17.2 bar).
