GRI bellows mattering pumps use the positive displacement principle for operation. They are designed to displace both non corrosive and corrosive fluids.
They are very accurate and repeatable down to 0.5 % between strokes when the pump is set to operate between 50% and 100% of full stroke.
They have a dry run capability, they have no dynamic seals and they are self-priming. They maintain the discharge pressure through the entire range of flow. For backflow prevention they utilize the poppet valves. The springs are also available for producing a positive shutoff and preventing siphoning in cases where a positive suction head is in use.
The typical application range for these pumps includes silver recovery systems, x-ray and film processors, detergent dispensers, silicon and wafer chip processors and washers, floor scrubbers, blood analyzing equipment, waste removal, thermo therapy equipment, water treatments and waste water treatments.
