PCBA 7801923 is a printed orbit plank assembly that is used for automatic aide and electrically link the elements through conductive methods, tracks or indicator traces carved from copper sheets coated with a conductive substrate.

The plank consists of only copper paths without any orbit components like capacitor resistors or working tools that are termed as printed wiring board (PWB) or carved wiring planks.

The term PWB or printed wiring board which seems precise and unique as compared to an authentic printed orbit plank often leads to a confusion among people and they are unable to distinguish between circuit and wiring. The printed wiring (circuit) planks are applicable to most operations along with the low-profile commercially manufactured mechanical tools and permit automated assembly treatments.

The MI 16-25 boast a one sided exposure enclosure design and a casing crafted from heavy duty aluminum profile and naturally anodized. Adding to this, the working area measures 160 x 250 mm and the pressure is provided by superior quality foam. Furthermore, the exposed area features stable illumination and there's also an electronic time on board for accurate adjustment of the displayed time. With regards to time, it is user configurable from 1 to 600 sec or 1 to 100 mn.

The MI 16-25 system is equipped with a foam pressure pad that is perfectly suited fro developing aluminum front panels, circuit boards, labels, negative/positive films and etched shields. Additionally, it ships with an excellent electronic timer complete with a digital display. Users can choose between various time periods from 1 to 600 sec. or 1 to 100 minutes. The U.V supply features four exclusive UV lamps of 350-400 nm wavelength.
