ATP Electronics presents DDR3 DRAM module. DDR3 memory generation has a 8-burst-deep pre-fetch buffer. In comparison to the memory clock speed, this ensures 8x faster data I/O speed. ATP DDR3 SDRAMs are available in a variety of form factors and features such as SODIMM and Mini-DIMM.

ATP DDR3 modules also provide increased memory bandwidth and reduced power consumption. DDR3 SDRAM is accepted by all recent CPU and chipsets including Intel Core i7 series, AMD AM3 Phenom processor, and AMD embedded enterprise chipsets. DDR3 modules do not have pin compatibility with the previous generation modules. They feature alignment notches, which avoid their insertion into incompatible sockets.
