This Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory assembly comprises a range of model units, which features different memory capacity from 128Mb to 1Gb. It operates with speed rating from 5 to 7.5, and voltage requirement of 2.5 V. Its layout integrates an internal double-date-rate architecture with two accesses per clock cycle.
