Electro-pneumatic signal converter - T 6111

These electromagnetic converters are utilized for measuring and control tasks by converting direct current input signals into pneumatic output signals. They are particularly useful as an intermediate element between pneumatic controllers and electric measuring devices, or between pneumatic control valves and electric measuring devices.

The converters can be utilized in all types of industrial application, particularly in the field of process engineering. A load-independent 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 20 mA direct current input signal can be accepted by the converters which they then convert into a pneumatic output signal.

By installing various converter modules, wide output pressure ranges can be selected for the Type 6111 i/p Converter. 8 bar is the maximum achievable output pressure.

This Sensor Signal Broadcaster is manufactured by Bei Sensors. The tool is capable of accepting the standard incremental encoder inputs. It can broadcast up to four encoder signals to four independent devices. Each of the broadcast signals are optically isolated so it can eliminate ground loops.

This equipment also allows the integer divide-by to be incorporated with any of the four broadcast signals. In addition, this broadcaster is suitable for use in applications involving driving multiple receivers from a single encoder.
