Float level switch / electromechanical - max. 3000 mm | RL/G1

The level switch float dipping available with 1 control points can be used for dirty liquids, water, petroleum, oils, coolants. It tolerates the presence of ferrous metal particles because the float magnet holder and it is integral with the rod.
It provides a total security determined by the fact that the electrical part is totally separated in the side of the tank and it is perfectly sealed with respect to the outer side by means of ultrasonic welding and resin of the pin.

The body is glass-filled nylon, sturdy and durable under the mechanical aspect in terms of chemical and ideal as insulating container of reed contacts.
A single float can operate a single Reed (min. or max. Level), or two Reed (min. and empty or max. Extra and max. Layer) satisfying the most demanding requirements.

Rapid Level switches are available as standard with a length of 500 mm and 1000 mm (to obtain controlling stakes in their respective ranges).
You can get the desired length by simply cutting the steel rod with a simple pipe cutter or you can vary the point of intervention by applying a float with through hole that allows whenever there is a need to modify the control point of the desired liquid.
They may be required already arranged for the control of predetermined dimensions.

The security of the device is total since the electrical part is separate, and it is hermetically sealed using resin coating of the pin and ultrasonic welding. The body of the device is made out of glass-filled nylon. This makes it sturdy and resistant to mechanical and chemical damage and ideal as an insulation container for the reed contacts.

One float can control one or two reeds, indicating minimum and maximum levels or minimum/empty and maximum extra/maximum layer, which meets the most exacting specifications.
The rapid level switches come as standard offer in lengths of 1000 mm and 500 mm.

The RL/G2 is a series of level switch immersion from Riels. The switches in this series are suitable for use with dirty liquids, water, petroleum, oils, and coolants for high temperatures. They are capable of enduring hazardous metal components because of its float magnet holder

The electrical parts of the RL/G2 are segregated in the side of the tank in order for them to be secured. They are sealed with ultrasonic welding and resin of the pin. Their body has durable mechanics and is capable of resisting chemicals. The body is also ideal insulation container for reed contacts.

Furthermore, the series is integrated with a head that has two control rods and two floats. The rods can switch the signal of 1 or 2 Reed.
