Magnetic float level switch - max. 3 mt, 10 bar | RL/G1
The RL/G1 Level switch immersion uses the magnetic drive float principle for its operation. Its measuring range is up to 3000 mm. The level switch float with one or two control points can be used for petroleum, water, dirty liquids, coolants and oils. It has tolerance to ferrous metal particles thanks to the float magnet holder which is integrated with the rod.The security of the device is total since the electrical part is separate, and it is hermetically sealed using resin coating of the pin and ultrasonic welding. The body of the device is made out of glass-filled nylon. This makes it sturdy and resistant to mechanical and chemical damage and ideal as an insulation container for the reed contacts.
One float can control one or two reeds, indicating minimum and maximum levels or minimum/empty and maximum extra/maximum layer, which meets the most exacting specifications.
The rapid level switches come as standard offer in lengths of 1000 mm and 500 mm.
