Model GB300 - Percent Portable Oxygen Analyzer

Teledyne’s hand-held GB300 Portable Percent Oxygen Analyzer is designed for use in a wide variety of applications from diving to fine tuning boilers.

Lightweight and easy to use, the GB300 incorporates Teledyne’s own Micro-fuel Cell sensor for quick and accurate analysis of oxygen.

This maintenance-free, sealed, electrochemical cell is specific to oxygen, insensitive to flow rate, and has a 90% response in less than 10 seconds. At the end of its life, the cell is discarded and replaced like a flashlight battery.

Constructed of high impact resistant materials, the GB300 provides unparalleled performance under the harshest conditions. The unit is powered by 3 AA batteries which should last for at least 2000 hours of use.

The 8820 Infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer is being widely-used together with the WF-L88 High-Frequency Induction Combustion Furnace. This has the ability to determine the quality fraction of both carbon and sulfur which make up the steels, irons, alloys, non-ferrous materials, cements, ores, activators, glasses, ceramics, and other materials. This instrument is mainly consists of an infrared testing unit, high frequency induction heating unit which is of three layers (Upper, middle and low layer), computer, printer, and electronic balance. The carbons conforms to the ISO9556, the Sulfur to the standards of the ISO4935 and lastly, the precision to the National Metrological Verification Standards JJG395-97. This device has an adjustable 25-60 seconds (but generally at about 35 seconds) time of analysis.
