The ON736 series is manufactured by Leco Corporation, and is an oxygen/nitrogen elemental analyzer that is intended for routine measurement of oxygen and nitrogen content of inorganic materials, steel, ferrous and nonferrous alloys. It complies with the ASTM and ISO standards, and is highly appropriate for elemental analysis of reactive/refractory metals, like Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconiumand their alloys.

The unit has an analysis time of 100 seconds, which has an accuracy and precision to low-ppm levels. It also has a modern cornerstone software that is easy to use with reach functionality.

There is a well constructed ergonomics and convenience of use with bench space saving, and also has a built in vacuum cleaner that keep the working area clean with high efficiency cooling.

ONH836 is an elemental analyzer that is designed for various measurements of nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen content, for both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. In addition, refractory materials use the inert gas function technique, while the instrument features a custom software based on Windows, which is designed for touch-screen operation in particular. The item was also developed using a combination of long-term research and by considering the feedback received from customers.

The result is a very easy to use software that gives you access to analysis settings, instrument control, reporting, diagnostics and others. In addition to the long term stability, the oxygen determination is possible with both CO2 and CO detectors, while the thermostatic detector design was built with compensation circuitry. The analysis time is of 100 seconds, while the high efficiency cooling and the optional 20 position sample loader for automation is also possible.

LECO Corporation presents DH603. It uses residual, diffusible, and complete hydrogen measurements to provide quick and accurate determination of hydrogen. The instrument is very sturdy. It is used for measuring the amount of residual hydrogen available in ferrous alloys. When attached with an optional, built-in sample piercer, it can also measure diffusible and residual hydrogen. Applications of DH603 are for optimization of industrial process in production of iron and steel, hydrogen characterization in raw materials and welding materials.

DH603 has a compact footprint. It comes with an easy-to-use operating software. Its advanced design ensures greater instrument safety and dependability. With the DH603, a single analyzer is sufficient for measurement of total (residual) as well as diffusible hydrogen. It provides a broad dynamic range of 0.1 to 2500 ppm for residual and diffusible hydrogen. It provides a quick analysis time. With gas dose calibration, use of reference materials is eliminated for calibration. Downtime is minimized by on-board diagnostics.
