The EXA DO402G is a dissolved oxygen analyzer that does not have to be maintained too much and is extremely flexible in terms of what it can do. It will meet all exacting requirements for measuring dissolved oxygen and is extremely accurate. The unit has PI control on its outputs including its pulse relay and mA outputs. It runs on the same controller without a separate one having to be added in the process.

The unit takes inputs from galvanic and polarographic sensors and will display information on the oxygen to water and saturation of a sample. It also adjusts itself based on salinity, temperature and the pressure or altitude of an area, thus making it more accurate.

The ZR402G converters are equipped with a user-friendly LCD touchscreen featuring various settings and options for ease of operation. The ZR22G separate-type detector has a built-in heater assembly of the highly reliable zirconia sensor probe that can be replaced on site, which further reduces maintenance costs.

Yokogawa's MG8E paramagnetic oxygen analyzers utilize the paramagnetic property of oxygen to measure its concentration. With a new magnetic flow ratio method, they achieve higher performance compared to conventional analyzers. The analyzers are even capable of measuring the concentration of oxygen in flammable gas mixtures in a low range with high precision, which cannot be done by a zirconia oxygen analyzer.

The MG8E can also be used for measurement in process gases with a high temperature, high pressure, high dust content and/or high humidity. SG750 is an advanced stack gas analyzer, which consists of an infrared gas analyzer, along with an oxygen analyzer and a sampling unit. This device can measure up to five components simultaneously, namely SO2, CO2, CO, O2 and NOx, respectively.
