The Q8 Coronado covers the entire process. Bruker presents Q2 ION ultra-compact Spark-OES metal analyzer, which has been designed for use in metal processing industries, foundries of small and medium size, fabricators, warehouses, quality control departments, metal recyclers, as well as inspection companies. Presently, among all the ultra-compact spark emission spectrometers in the industry, Q2 ION is the smallest and lightest.

Q2 ION is a highly adaptable multi-matrix system. It is useful for a thorough inspection of incoming materials as well as for assuring quality of metal alloys. It is economical and provides significantly reduced operational costs. This makes it a perfect fit for smaller and medium-size enterprises.

Based on the well-known FOUNDRY-MASTER UV, the FOUNDRY-MASTER Xpert is designed to analyze metals, ferrous and non-ferrous alike, including nitrogen found in high-alloyed duplex steels and critical elements such as selenium, lead, and lanthanum, which has low detection levels.

It offers the widest spectral range which comes from 130-780nm. Because of this, it covers almost every interesting element for any metal, which includes nitrogen in steel. It also uses the latest spark generator, catering more settings and special atomic line parameters, as well.

It uses a compact and quick readout system for dynamic integration algorithm, greatly improving precision. Low detection limits are enabled with the direct light path.
