The Schaeffler Sealing rings protect the bearing placement from potential leakage, contamination and loss of lubrication. These sealing rings are designed as contact sealants. Applying these rings to cure a surface is convenient as they are just pressed on to the surface with bore. They are also coordinated with compact radial sizes of drawn cup needle roller bearings and needle roller bearings. Furthermore, these rings are capable of exhibiting circumferential speed up to 10 meters per second depending on the quality of shaft's surface.

Timken's V-Seals are extremely versatile and easy to use elastomeric seal that is ideally used as the primary sealing component in a contaminant excluder, back up seal, or in an application. The unit is offered in a wide range of shaft sizes, and is easy to install. They offer the pliability of V seals which permits them to be adapted for use in eccentric and misaligned shafts. Among applications for the seals are manufacturing, off highway, power transmission, and oil refineries.
