The D150 to D330 series from KTR are type D damping rings which are specifically used to separate structure-borne noise from pump to drive component as well as reducing the noise by reflecting the structure-borne noise vibrations. Its compact design features patented locking and a rubber under pressure which has better damping capacities than a rubber under tension load.
