Direct-drive servo-press / forming / welding / rod - max. 32 000 kN

These Schuler servo presses in tie rod design represent a range of highly flexible and cost-effective solutions, for dynamic forming processes, capable of high torque values, due to the use of direct drive torque motors. This series features a design without flywheel and clutch for simplified maintenance and allows operation in the pendular stroke mode, that offers considerable reduction in energy consumption and enables operator-programmable slide strokes with zero mechanical adjustments. These units allow simple and easy integration of the welding and lasering functions into the press cycle, due to the combination of programmable time/travel motion sequences and the ability to provide rest times for in-die functions. These presses are available in a force range from 8,000 to 32,000 kN.

Forming servo-press / automatic

The Servo press lines from Schuler is engineered with presses with a slide motion curve that is compatible with processes that involve die, automation and forming. Designed with high quality Crossbar Feeders, it moves freely and flexibly in seven axes that prove to be fast and efficient for stamping plants. It is capable of being transported in singles and doubles, and its build allow only one gripping tool per press. With the help of the Crossbar Feeder, finished products come out conveniently through a conveyor, and unpressed parts can be loaded on the first press station.

Automatic press / C-frame - 630 - 2500 kN | C-FLEXline

The presses in the C-FLEXline are modular machines that come with a basic configuration that is comprehensive, along with a design that is perfect for manual loading and automatic operation at the same time. In addition to this, peripheral devices benefit from integration into the press control system. The guarantee of high-quality production at low costs, as well as the range between 630 and 2,500kN are also worth mentioning.

Next, the modular structure of the press ensures the possibility of retrofitting the item at any time in case the production requirements changes. Next, the motorized rapid setting with 1,600 to 2,500kN ensures even easier and faster changeovers, while the precise roller circulation units come with the guarantee of the slide guidance with high stability for tilting. Finally, little maintenance is required, while the intermediate gear is wear-free.

Forming servo-press / direct-drive - 2 500 - 6 300 kN | MSD series

The monoblock design is the first aspect that will impress about these servo presses, which are driven directly by torque motors. In addition, the capacity to deliver high torque values for dynamic forming processes is another important advantage, while the lack of a clutch/brake combination and a flywheel makes the process more efficient in terms of energy consumption and more flexible, reducing maintenance costs at the same time.

Next, energy efficiency also applies to the pendular stroke mode, which permits operator-programmable slide strokes without any adjustments for the mechanical stroke. Next, the pendular mode results in higher stroke rates, while the travel motion sequences of the operator-programmable mode ensures reliable integration of welding and laser functions into the press cycle. Finally, the monoblock design comes with three different sizes, 2,500kN, 4,000kN and 6,300kN.

Forming servo-press / welding / die / rod - 8 000 - 32 000 kN

Forming servo-press / welding / die / rod - 8 000 - 32 000 kN

The servo presses in this series come with a rod design, being driven by powerful torque motors. The high torque values delivered, as well as the right dynamic forming processes drive are just two of the important features proposed by the manufacturer. In addition, the energy efficiency and reduction of maintenance costs are also worth mentioning, while the pendular stroke mode is increasingly efficient, allowing for operator-programmable slide strokes at the same time, without any adjustment for the mechanical stroke.

Next, the operator-programmable time/travel motion sequences allow the addition of laser and welding equipment into the press cycle. Note that the tie rod design of the Schuler presses comes with forces between 8,000 and 32,000kN, depending on the model chosen. Maximum production and flexibility are the most important advantages.

Electric press

AGME's Electro Presses are utilized for applications that need continuous monitoring of force rates, positioning, pressing time, and speed levels. The devices feature force rates that range from 0.5 kN to 120 kN. The commands are electric, and do not require any power supplies (neither pneumatic nor hydraulic). They sport process information collection and recording capabilities, and pressing curve checking functions that monitor component quality after the processes. Compatible keyboards, integrated LCD screens, and simple usability are also showcased by the presses.

Additional features of the AGME Electro Presses include noise and oily dust minimization mechanisms, energy usage capabilities of only 10 to 20%, and repeatability values that approximate at +/- 0.005 mm. They are available in model configurations that are utilizable in clean room environments.
