AGME's Electro Presses are utilized for applications that need continuous monitoring of force rates, positioning, pressing time, and speed levels. The devices feature force rates that range from 0.5 kN to 120 kN. The commands are electric, and do not require any power supplies (neither pneumatic nor hydraulic). They sport process information collection and recording capabilities, and pressing curve checking functions that monitor component quality after the processes. Compatible keyboards, integrated LCD screens, and simple usability are also showcased by the presses.Additional features of the AGME Electro Presses include noise and oily dust minimization mechanisms, energy usage capabilities of only 10 to 20%, and repeatability values that approximate at +/- 0.005 mm. They are available in model configurations that are utilizable in clean room environments.
