V-FFS bagging machine / automatic / with servo-motor
TMI ILERBAG V is a Form-Seal-Fill (FSF) bagging station of vertical type. It is perfect for industries demanding high dependability, adaptability, automation and independence in packaging. It also provides substantial packaging cost savings. The machine is compact with a user-friendly reel change system. Film centering is based on photocell. For unmarked reels, reading of marks and encoder is also done by photocell. It has ROPEX temperature control.
The machine's sealing ventilation is air-based, which is done through an accumulator. Motorised clamp mechanism is servo-driven. Pre-closure device is driven by a hydro-pneumatic system. The cutting and sealing unit is run pneumatically. Unwinding of film is done through a frequency inverter. It provides universal joint unwinding transmission featuring double gearing. The bag support bearing plate has double pneumatic drive for bag opening and removal. The plate height can be adjusted automatically.
Product shaking system is pneumatically-driven and includes a product presence detector. For changing bag tubes, it includes a bag removal conveyor belt. Access to adjustment controls is facilitated by the step included in the chassis.

The Kizui M LX is especially designed for packing of pumpable foods and liquids. It offers great flexibility when packing hot or cold products. It is integrated with a rotary pump to transfer foods and liquids through its 316 grade filling tube. The product is filled into the bag through the filling tube. Next, the bag is drawn downward by quarto rollers, the squeeze roller separates the products and sealed in between, a secondary seal and cut off to complete the packaging process.
