The MFW 2000 model engineered by Imanpack, is a vertical bagging machine that consists of stainless steel forming tubes. It is equipped with a specialized sealing system and an encoder for polyethylene film applications and for the bag length control respectively. Moreover, the device has pneumatic driven sealing jaws for the length control of package and double packages.

This MFW 2000 wrapping machine is capable of being integrated with different types of feeding devices such as weight scales and inclined belts. In addition, it is best suited for the packaging of products via a pre-folded polyethylene film.

The machine depicted here has its structure joints welded and its painted with RAL 9002. The reel holder is embossed with pneumatic bloccage and handwell adjustment. The maximum reel capacity is 600 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter. A servo-motor controls the motorized unrolling of film. The forming tube can be easily disassembled. A ridged conveyor belt mediate the Fil pull and sealing assembly longitudinally, that is contolled by servo-motion. Micrometric screws regulates the conveyor belt and the longitudinal sealing assembly. The servo-motors control the sealing assembly with 400 mm press-plates. Pneumatic system allows even movement of the transversal sealing assembly. During the transversal sealing assembly, the rythme and packing time may be varied.

The vertical packaging machines series CVM85 represent the ideal solution to automatically shape and seal bags of different shapes and dimensions, guaranteeing reliability, simplicity of use and a valid performance. Ideally the packaging machines are combined with weighing and dosing systems. The robust main structure is made out of painted Fe37 steel, or of stainless steel AISI 304. In every model, the parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or other material for use with food products. The machines work on an electro-pneumatic basis and all the functions are directed through a PLC, which is connected to a touch-screen operator terminal placed in the front part of the machine.
