This machine is ideal for tasks such as mailing newspapers and magazines, as well as wrapping catalogs, manuals and wholesale publications. The item is half automatic and comes with a construction that makes it easy to use. An operator's only concern when operating the device will be to feed the products vertically into the metal 'throat of a shirt', as the whole machine cycle is fully automatic.
The width of the bag is adjusted in accordance to the product width, while the photocell senses the top and bottom of the product and the switches, so that a bag is formed around the product itself.

The Baby-Sac vertical form and seal wrapping machine is the ideal unit to use for the packing of assembly kits, small plastic molded parts, seeds and powders and the majority of small objects. The unit is fitted with both infeed and outfeed conveyors, enabling the operator to work in a more comfortable position resulting in a higher production rate.
The bags are automatically formed at a length determined and set by the operator and all contact parts of this unit are manufactured from stainless steel. The Baby-Sac unit is fitted with an electronic control board, pre-heated sealing and cutting blades, and a soft operation complete with solenoid hold-down system. It is compatible with centerfolded LLDPE.
