The Slim Line drum filler from Feige is designed to carry out “just fill” tasks for drums of up to 300 kg capacity. This filler brings all the functions that are expected of the gravimetric fillers. Most parts used for it are already proven Feige parts used on other modular devices (e.g. the pressure relieved valve which has minimum dead space and comes with a quick change connector).
Also, this filler comes with a set of customizable accessories such as the drum holders, gas hoods or drip collecting devices.
We recommend to our customers to use short conveyors without power drive for all outfeed (drum removal) and infeed (empty drum entry) operations.
This device is a very cost effective solution. Also, delivery time is very short. The construction is robust, including leveling feet. Its installation and use are extremely easy.They come in three standard filling modes (below bunghole, above surface and below surface). The below surface version is also available in ATEX design. The control of the product pump or pilot valve is also a part of standard offer.

They offer all the functions of gravimetric fillers. These filling stations have a modular design, composed out of different FEIGE parts and devices, such as pressure-relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. They can also feature a controlled drip collecting device, overflow signal or gas exhaust, even directly at the filling orifice. Also, a roller conveyor for the in or out-feed area with up to 3 drive units is connectable. The drum is opened or closed via manual offset screw driver and sealing unit with spring balancer.

These include drip extraction/collection unit, collection basins, integrated drain funnels, earthing systems, overflow/leakage testing and signaling units, gas exhaust and inert gas purging units, and over-pressure bunging unit.
