The Slim Line drum filler from Feige is designed to carry out “just fill” tasks for drums of up to 300 kg capacity. This filler brings all the functions that are expected of the gravimetric fillers. Most parts used for it are already proven Feige parts used on other modular devices (e.g. the pressure relieved valve which has minimum dead space and comes with a quick change connector).Also, this filler comes with a set of customizable accessories such as the drum holders, gas hoods or drip collecting devices.
We recommend to our customers to use short conveyors without power drive for all outfeed (drum removal) and infeed (empty drum entry) operations.
This device is a very cost effective solution. Also, delivery time is very short. The construction is robust, including leveling feet. Its installation and use are extremely easy.They come in three standard filling modes (below bunghole, above surface and below surface). The below surface version is also available in ATEX design. The control of the product pump or pilot valve is also a part of standard offer.
For control of the process, the parameters for nine different filling programs can be stored in the device. Factory verification is also available on request.
