Advanced Line drum filler type 81 facilitates automatic filling of drums. The setup is fitted with a few essential accessories before placing it into operation. These include drip extraction/collection unit, collection basins, integrated drain funnels, earthing systems, overflow/leakage testing and signaling units, gas exhaust and inert gas purging units, and over-pressure bunging unit.Once these systems are in place, the drum filler operates seamlessly with a roller conveyor positioning the drums below the tool, which opens the drums, fills it, and closes it. The drums are lifted off the conveyor and placed on a weigh scale by a drum lift to ensure accurate quantity filling.
