Welding station - 50Hz
The 50 Hz Single-Phase Resistance Welding Station is built with a pneumatic spot resistance welding head mainly used for very specific purposes. It is also intended of mounting heads with a type T or R capacity and the mounting of the automatic feeding unit in an optional strip brazing material.

The ALG1000R is a medium frequency welding generator from 2,000 to 6,000 amps, tightly packed in a compact enclosure (184x424x374 mm). It features current control via digital PIS 10MIPS, air or water cooling system, 220V or 400V power supply, double-acting cylinder management and speeds with adjustable docking. This unit also has preheating current management (rise time and annealing), pressure gauge and regulator, as well as direct access to current and encoder welding times. The welding cycle can be easily programmed using three simple buttons, with the possibility to record up to 10 welding programs. Additionally, this model is equipped with 24 V external control inputs and outputs, and Rs485 PC link for remote command and control.

The middle frequency welding generator comes with various features, including a power of 2,000 to 6,000 amps in a compact box of dimensions 240 x 435 x 289 mm. The current control is possible by digital PID of 10 MIPS, while this device comes with an air or water cooling feature. The power supply can be either 220 or 400 V, while the management of a double-acting cylinder is also possible. The management of the preheating current, the rinse time and annealing are also important additions.
The direct access to the encoder and current welding time is possible as well, and there are 10 recordable welding programs supported, the inputs and outputs of 24 V are suitable for external control, while the Rs485 PC link works for control and command.
