The middle frequency welding generator comes with various features, including a power of 2,000 to 6,000 amps in a compact box of dimensions 240 x 435 x 289 mm. The current control is possible by digital PID of 10 MIPS, while this device comes with an air or water cooling feature. The power supply can be either 220 or 400 V, while the management of a double-acting cylinder is also possible. The management of the preheating current, the rinse time and annealing are also important additions.The direct access to the encoder and current welding time is possible as well, and there are 10 recordable welding programs supported, the inputs and outputs of 24 V are suitable for external control, while the Rs485 PC link works for control and command.
