Resistance welding generator / medium frequency - ALG 1000R
The ALG1000R is a medium frequency welding generator from 2,000 to 6,000 amps, tightly packed in a compact enclosure (184x424x374 mm). It features current control via digital PIS 10MIPS, air or water cooling system, 220V or 400V power supply, double-acting cylinder management and speeds with adjustable docking. This unit also has preheating current management (rise time and annealing), pressure gauge and regulator, as well as direct access to current and encoder welding times. The welding cycle can be easily programmed using three simple buttons, with the possibility to record up to 10 welding programs. Additionally, this model is equipped with 24 V external control inputs and outputs, and Rs485 PC link for remote command and control.
