The Fico Laser Marker is used for easy and quick product conversion that uses maximum laser utilization. But because of the short lead frame and handling time, it only offers minimum operator assistance. Due to the standard multi-loading and off loading capability of the machine, it now features a reject function. The marker can be used with any brand of laser as long as it is able to mark the bottom of the product as well as the top side of the package. The Fico Compact Line is a stand alone and integrated line of product, which has a universal design that is durable and easy to use interface.

Panasonic has come up with a new series of a standard black laser annealing which is FAYb Laser Marker LP-S500W. This product offers an easy set up and a rapid and clear black laser annealing along with its high output and enhanced optical system that is recommended for black laser annealing.

This series has been made simple and easy due to its enhance optic design. Furthermore, it also offers wide distance setting for accurate marking on workpieces for heights, marking sizes, positions, etc that requires alterations based on their target heights. Meanwhile, marking size and position are corrected automatically by entering the distances to each target object with this series.

The high power LP-S is used for high-speed printing and deep engraving. It is oil-proof, waterproof and dust-proof and has the ability to do deep engraving quickly and with the highest precision. The high-power output of 42W has enabled high-speed black printing and deep engraving on typical metal workpieces.

This supports accurate and fast marks placed on high precision metal parts such as tools and bearings. The speed has also been improved to enhance LP-S productivity.
